Dr. Patrick Tate, Chief of Veterinary Staff

Dr. Patrick Tate is chief of the veterinary staff and a general practitioner at Webster Groves Animal Hospital &amp Urgent Care Center. He has cared for animals at Webster Grove since 1989. Prior to his arrival at Webster Groves, Dr. Tate practiced veterinary medicine in south Miami at a private practice for six years. A native of Louisiana, Dr. Tate attended the University of Southern Louisiana, where he worked toward his undergraduate degree and his veterinary degree simultaneously. After attaining his Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine from Louisiana State University in 1982, he completed a post-graduate internship at the University of Missouri, Columbia before joining the Webster Groves medical staff. Dr. Tate's professional interests are in internal medicine.
 
Dr. Tate enjoys the companionship of two dogs, Raffe and Reign, and two cats, Dusty and Meisha. When he's not at work, he prefers spending his leisure time with his wife, Kerrie and their two children, Tyler and David, as well as fishing and long-distance running.
 

Angel Venegoni, Hospital Administrator

The hospital administrator at Webster Groves Animal Hospital & Urgent Care Center since 2007, Angel Venegoni has more than two decades of experience in the animal care field. Angel studied Animal Science at the University of Missouri, Columbia. She worked at Hill's Pet Nutrition and Pet Center, Ltd. before joining the Webster Groves staff. She enjoys working with animals and is proud of the high-quality medicine offered at the hospital. Her goal is to make the hospital a better place for clients, patients and employees.
 
Angel loves tap dancing and is an instructor at a local adults only studio. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, reading, spending time with family & friends. Her favorite places to travel are Italy & Walt Disney World. She is owned and loved by her boxer, Finn.
